Finally we got out of that ditch of hotfixes. Here's the good stuff!

• Added the song "Malfunction" to the radio (All songs on the radio are Redlabs originals)!
• Added flight in creative mode.
• Added ladders.
• Autominers will stop if there are no resources left.
• You will no longer lose hunger in creative mode.
• Games will actually no longer save with blank names (really fixed)!
• If you save your game in the dark realm, on load the dark realm effects will be there.
• Walls wil now face the right direction (this means all walls from existing save files will be flipped... sorry).
• You can now place structures inside an incinerator.
• The placing structure text will now show.
• You can no longer pick up items or gather resources while placing a structure.
• It is now easier to change the speed of the conveyer belt.
• Tweaked the light brightness options.
• You will no longer be prompted to place a structure if you die while placing the structure.
