A quick hotfix to clear up some issues with v0.1.7 as well as some tweaks.
- Made the area where the Auto Sorter and Furnace detect items slightly larger
- Added a loading screen
- Fixed apple spawning bug
- Fixed a glitch where you could not create a new world
