Some new things!

• Added buckets. You can fill a bucket with water by placing it under rain. Note that the bucket will drain if tipped, and fill faster the more upright it is.
• Added ice.
• Fixed an issue where items could be crafted without the minimum amount of ingredients.
• The player now weighs an accurate amount.
• Tweaked maximum stack sizes.
• The achievement "Destrution" has been renamed to "Break em Down"
• Lightning stones will disappear after sixty seconds exposed to the world.
