I really love the core movement and shooting mechanics - it's some of the most fun I've had with just movement and gunplay in a shooter in a while. That being said, upgrades snowball to the point where whoever banks 4 kills in a single life first wins the game. It's fun with people on similar skill levels, but with random players it ends up being a little one-sided.
8.5/10, I'd make it so stats reset on a life but points don't (or maintain their penalty of -1) thereby making it less of a raw stats boost and more of a killstreak-style thing.
Please download the windows version to make sure your progress is saved. Saving progress with the browser version is a little fragile since it relies on you not clearing your cookies, not having certain blockers, logging in with the same browser, etc.
Please help. The game is not launching. There no message, nothing shows up. It just doesn't launch. I even tried launching it from the original file location but it still doesn't open :(

As long as you are playing it here, on itch.io, it is fine and you can just ignore it. I had to put that there because other websites were stealing the game, but I have no way to tell what website the game is actually on, so I have to show it for everyone.

Because I'm an indie developer, I'm not expecting to get enough downloads for that message to go away any time soon. I will not be uploading a .zip because I made the launcher specifically to help combat cheaters, and providing a .zip would make hacking even easier.
The .exe file is also extremely easy to use. Just run it once and it will install Redmatch 2 to your computer. Any time you launch the game it will automatically check for updates and update accordingly, so you don't have to worry about downloading a new .zip file each time. It also means you can just search "Redmatch 2" in your windows search bar and pull the game up easily.
You don't have to turn off your antivirus, just choose "More Info" and then "Run Anyway." Microsoft displays that warning because the game hasn't been downloaded enough times for Microsoft to deem it trustworthy, but I promise it's safe.

You can type with emojis by pressing Win + period and picking some. Only a few are supported, like the heart eyes and smiley face. As for adding those other movement mechanics... sneak doesn't fit the play style, rush (what?) you're already going pretty fast, as for climb, maybe.
Yeah it's only for the web version. I'll be releasing the windows version in a bit, I had to take it down because of cheaters. I've implemented a ban system and anticheat and once I've finished redesigning all of the maps and adding the improved lighting I'll release it.
If you look at the description of the game, I removed the windows version because I hadn't implemented AntiCheat and there were too many hackers. I'm releasing a large update shortly and AntiCheat is going to be properly implemented.
Love the game though my laptop is not the best so it doesn't run to well, i also love the fact that you take the time to read through the comments on your games is nice to see more indie game makers and the stuff they make hope you continue to update your games and take your player bases suggestions into account.

- Default weapon to use

- First 2 seconds
+ Animation with a shield or repeating full-red custom and normal custom
+ Impossible to kill someone, but also imortal to be killed
They don't work in the web version, you can wait for the windows version to release again to use them
Game suggestion:
- Can you add sneak, rush, climb (more than just jumping around) or something to the player ?
- Can you add melee weapon like knife, ace or just punching around too ?
- Can you add emoji tab bar to the game too UwU ?

+ Player speed increase by 50%
C) Climb:
+ Move up on the ladder only
+ Slower to climb up than move around
+ Sneak to hold position, but less accurated than normal sneak
My opinion is to

+ Close range
+ Fastest
+ Deal least damage
[5] Ace
+ Close range
+ Slowest
+ Deal most damage
[1, 2, 3] Right click, using gun to hit others
