Dude at this point you're just accusing random long-time members of the community of hacking. Clover has been here for months and so has milez... you are aware you can buy upgrades by getting kills which let you boost your speed, jump height, and health, right...? Some of these upgrades may make it appear like they are flying or noclipping, especially if you have a laggy connection.
Probably not hacking, they've been playing for a long time. If you really think they're hacking you'll have to submit video evidence to the discord server before I do anything.
Yep, I saw it. Not adding it because it would shrink the playerbase even more. If I ever do add it it'll be a part of the Blood Red DLC because I really don't want everyone to use private lobbies, but they would be fine if someone wanted to do a community event or tournament or something, in which case they would probably have $3 to spare.

I used the game engine Unity, and the game is programmed in C#
